Biostatistics student Trevor Zimmerman presents at prestigious Radiation Research Society conference 

Congratulations to biostatistics student Trevor Zimmerman for presenting his research at the prestigious 70th annual Radiation Research Society conference, held in Tucson, Arizona, from Sept. 15-18. His selection as a master’s student is particularly impressive given the event’s lineup of top scientists. Zimmerman’s abstract stood out among many submissions, earning him the rare opportunity to present alongside experts from leading global institutes. 

Zimmerman is a graduate student in biostatistics at WashU Medicine and a lab member under Dr. Jin Zhang. The Zhang Translational Genomics Laboratory focuses on developing and applying multi-omics and deep learning approaches in cancer biology and personalized radiation oncology.
